The payment from IBM was not released for six months due to some problem in the tax calculation, and the bills from Jan 2014 to July 2014 was cleared on September 2014, caused delay in deliverables.
In Kolkata some site team where rejecting the materials which were supplied as per PO and was providing samples of the materials which were totally different from the PO line item. After the involvement from RESO in the month of December 2014 only the site team started to provide the samples as per PO.
In East region the team has to wait for 20 days for entry to the site premises for starting the work. It caused delay in the completion.
