In each region each team is deployed headed by a team leader and monitored closely by operations incharge and Director. Below mentioning the team structure in region wise.
South Team strength is 22 Nos includes one team leader, three site supervisors and three masons , six Carpenters five painters and 4 multi skilled staff.
East Team Strength is of 15 Nos includes one team leader, two site supervisors, four painters, two carpenters, two Masons and 4 nos of multi skilled staffs.
Apart from the above mentioned team details a team of 12 Members under a supervisor is kept separate in North which will be used in any regions where extra support is required in emergency condition.
