10 Nos of PO related to 3M mats was not completed due to the non availability of material from 3M
Seepage arresting work of Chennai DLF 1A got delayed. On the month of September the team was at Chennai to execute the work, but from the client end approval was pending and we are forced to sent our team back from Chennai, And after getting go ahead from the site team the work was started the work form 28th November 2014 and completed the Job on 5th December2014. and was informed to site team to start using the wash room. But Site team identified some snags which was not coming under the PO and we are forced to rectify the snags. Team reached Chennai in a delay of one day due to the weather condition. And rectified the snags which all are shown by the site team. And the work has been completed on date 20.01.2015.
Some PO related to consumable of East region was long pending due to site team was not able to share the samples as per PO.
